IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Badges and Annual Session Programs will be located at the Registration Desk.
- Dentists: your name badge is your ticket to the Membership Luncheon. You must register for the Membership Luncheon, seating is limited.
- NDDA member registration has been prepaid, however you still need to register.
- Name badges are required for admission to the NDDA Jack Pfister, DDS Lecture Series and Exhibit Hall.
- Speaker handouts will be available online only. Please print and bring along, if needed.
- Cancellations received 60-20 days prior to the event date will receive a refund minus a $25.00 service fee.
- Cancellations received less than 20 days (August 30, 2025) prior to the event date are not refundable.
- A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to registrations received 7-0 days before the event, late on-site registration fee is $150.00.
- No refunds due to incorrect registration.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-show.
- Continuing Education Certificates will be available online and can be downloaded on Monday, September 22nd
