Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 60-20 days prior to the event date will receive a refund minus a $25.00 service fee.
• Cancellations received less than 20 days (August 30, 2026) prior to the event date are not refundable.
• A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to registrations received 7-0 days before the event, late on-site registration fee is $175.00.
• No refunds due to incorrect registration.
• Refunds will not be granted for no-show.
