Dental Hygienist - Grand Forks, ND

 

***Possible sign on bonus for the right candidate. *** We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal Hygienist candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality routine Hygiene care. 

 Duties include
- Provide routine hygiene care for patients                                                                                  - Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture accurate diagnostic Dental x-rays.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Utilize Dental software for patient record management, scheduling, and billing processes.
- Apply knowledge of dental terminology to communicate effectively with both patients and team members.
- Assist with dental charting for insurance purposes as required.

Skills                                                                                                                                                   - Proficient in infection control practices and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
