HELLO!! Welcome to Dental Care Fargo, office of Dr. Carrie Peterson and Dr. Nathan Zaffke.
Are you a self-motivated, energetic, hard working team player with excellent people skills ready to join our team as a full-time hygienist or part-time hygienist? Our office has an opportunity for a hygienist or two to join our established practice. We are looking for someone who will contribute to our low stress, team driven environment and loving dogs would be a bonus, but not required! We would like to meet you and welcome you into our office. We are a dedicated team and strive for the best for our patients.
Our motto says it all: Our practice will administer a program that strives to support patients' belief in and desire for the benefits of good oral and overall health for a lifetime.
About the position and Benefits * Monday - Thursday, up to 32-35 hours a week * Pay based on experience * Experience is preferred, but not required with proof of licensure.
***BONUS after 3 month review*** Pay: Based on experience/hourly wages

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral exams, including visual and tactile assessments, to identify potential oral health issues.
- Provide preventative dental care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
- Take medical histories and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Utilize medical imaging systems to capture and interpret diagnostic images.
- Participate in education and training programs to stay current with the latest best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Dakota is required.
- Strong Clinical skills and knowledge of the current dental hygiene practices
- Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to effectively educate patients and build relationships
- A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
