Bridging the Dental Gap Seeking Full-Time Dentist

Bridging the Dental Gap (BDG) is a non-profit 501(c)3 community dental clinic located in Bismarck, North Dakota that has been serving the community and surrounding area since 2004. The mission of BDG is to provide access to dental care for Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, under-insured and low-income individuals and families. BDG is currently seeking a full-time Dentist to join our compassionate highly-qualified team of dental providers and to help serve the community. 

Job Duties include: examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums. May treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth. May fit dental appliances or provide preventive care. Our Dental Services include: Exams, digital x-rays, prophy, sealants, fillings, extractions, dental emergencies, partials, root canals, crowns and bridges.  Key skills include: good communication skills, patience, a thorough and methodical approach, good ethical grounding, teamwork skills, organization, critical thinking skills, professionalism, and manual dexterity.
